🌿 A welcoming mum and baby wellbeing class. Giving mums the opportunity to share the load, slow down, be present and build connections, keeping with a nature theme 🌿
Sessions will include mindfulness, meditation and breathwork, creative activity and tea to close the session.
Who: Mum and baby (up to crawling)
