Create a space each week for you and your precious baby to deeply connect and bond.
Teach proven Baby Massage and Baby Yoga techniques to help with your baby’s overall physical, social and cognitive development and wellbeing.
Support you to learn how to remedy common ailments in babies; such as colic, trapped wind, constipation and clicky hips.
Share insider “tricks of the trade”, such as which massage moves are best for soothing and encouraging your baby to relax, promoting better sleep/nap cycles (a fav with our parents!)
