Welcome to this safe therapeutical environment where you can express yourself and work on your mental health and wellbeing in a creative set up.

Sima has been running workshops like this catered for all ages since lockdown and has helped people build and change habits to help them find creative ways to improve their wellbeing.

Who: Mothers/Carers, with special invitation to SEND families, migrant families, young carers, and families in temporary accommodation.
