The Embodied Mother

This is an hour of sacred time among the busy and noisy life as a city mum. Time to ground into your body, connect with the core of yourself, and be open to the gift of your own wisdom. There will be a little guided movement to begin, but the essence of this session is restfulness and ease. A space for self nourishment, and to be held in the collective energy of mothers. Come as you are, and leave feeling more connected.

Mothers are invited to come in comfortable clothing that they can feel warm in during a period of stillness. And no prior experience of being in circle, or somatic movement is necessary.
