This evening has been created especially for carers, a chance to step away from your responsibilities and receive some care yourself.

Many carers spend so much time looking after others that their own wellbeing can end up at the bottom of the list. This gathering offers a gentle opportunity to pause, rest and reconnect with yourself in a supportive environment.

During the evening, you will be guided through:
